Finding Parks Near You

Welcome to www.sassafrasplay.org

I created this website to help you find parks near you. There’s so many parks out there that remain unutilized just because people don’t know they exist. That’s a big shame; that’s why I created this website.

I’m going to be creating a program that helps you locate parks near you, but in the meantime I’ll be using this website as my personal blog as well. If you’re a programmer and interested in joining me, please send me an email.

This is a big project, one that’s too much for one person to handle.

Unfortunately I can’t pay you since this is a project I’m doing for fun and the community. And will not monetize in any way.

Used Cars: Bargains on a Budget

Used Cars – How I saved some money

I admit that I wasn’t very happy when my car finally gave out, but the twins were about 6 months old and we were rapidly running out of room in my old hatchback. I loved that thing. I bought it when I was a freshman in college, which was admittedly a long time ago. It was my first adult purchase, I got the loan without a cosigner and made all the payments myself. I was proud of that car. She lasted as long as she could, I guess.

Anyway, it was almost winter and we knew we needed something more reliable, especially with the boys. Here’s the thing about twins: they’re harder than you can even imagine. I mean, one baby is hard. Two? Two is next to impossible. So, my wife didn’t go back to work after she took time off for maternity leave. That wasn’t in the plan initially but, you know, kids change everything.

We had a little saved for a down payment because we were planning on getting a new car soon but we had to carefully budget now that we only had one income. A new car was out. We started looking at the local used car dealerships are realized something: used cars are pretty awesome.

Let me explain. We wanted a newer model and were willing to spend a bit of money. Not what we’d pay for a new car, obviously, but we also didn’t want some decade old rust box, which is what I think is the stereotype for pre-owned cars.

Anyway, we looked into a model that was a few years older than what we were considering before we had to be a little tougher about our finances and were immediately sold. We’d been planning to get a new, reliable model and drive it for a decade or so anyway. There’s not much difference between buying an older, used model of the same car and hoping to get 7 or 8 years out of it. Though this is such a reliable model, we’ll probably get a decade out of it anyway.

My point is if you’re in the market for a new car, don’t count out any used cars for sale. It saved us a lot of money, we still got what we wanted, and we have a lot more room for the twins. For now, anyway. Oh before I forget, I found my used car on carcanuck.ca

Telephone Cabling by Tulsa Electricians

I run a small business that is growing fast. To be honest, it’s growing so fast that it’s hard to keep a grip on it. Like a wild beast that I can’t keep up with. The details of said business aren’t important but it is important to know that 90% of my daily tasks are built around the telephone.

From 8am to 8pm, and onwards, the phone doesn’t stop ringing. No such thing as a set lunch hour because the phone just doesn’t stop. We have to have multiple people in the office at all times so that someone is there to answer it when it rings. As the building grows, the phone-calls increase. It’s not uncommon to see my staff holding both a cellphone and a telephone handset against each ear trying to manage both calls.

As you can imagine, we’re hiring staff at a rapid rate to keep up with the workflow and now we’re starting to see problems. Not just the usual problems that come with the nightmare of managing staff, but with the phone lines itself.

When we were a smaller outfit we didn’t notice the problem. But now we’re having more and more phone lines cut out on us mid-call and bad, crackly reception when they don’t cut out. We’ve even had a client stop using us because of this issue.

The problem is that the phone lines and general wiring in the office is old and outdated. It just can’t handle the influx of calls that we require it too and it needs replacing. When getting it checked out, we were told that the alarm system and CCTV weren’t working optimally and that the wiring would have to be completely stripped and replaced. That’s a fire hazard. We could easily be shut down for something like that.

We’re having the full replacements/repairs done next week by a Tulsa electrical company called TL Davis Electrical Design. We called them up and got a very cheap quote for the whole job. I’ve previously used them for some medium-scale work on my residential home so I knew that they were the best electricians Tusla had to offer.

Best Ways To Find Who Has The Cheapest Auto Insurance

How I Find Cheap Auto Insurance

There are many ways to find cheap auto insurance out there these days. Some that are better than others in a variety of ways. Some companies will happily charge you obscene amounts of money for awful coverage with high excesses.

Luckily, these companies are beginning to either die out completely or are having to change their ways and offer good deals.

Years ago, there wasn’t anywhere near the amount of companies and competition around peddling cheap auto insurance. These businesses could afford to charge extortionate rates and cover next to nothing because people didn’t have a lot of other places to turn to. They had the consumer in a vice grip and could do as they pleased.

They would often ensnare the customer with a fantastic deal initially and tie them down. When it came time to renew, they would increase the price ever so slightly. You might not notice a big difference year by year. You might even think the price hike was reasonable due to inflation, rising costs, etc. But after five years or more, the price could’ve doubled and your coverage could’ve halved without you even noticing.

Because what could you do? Switching companies used to be huge pain and like I said earlier, there wasn’t that many places to choose from so you just settled and accepted the exorbitant prices.

Things are different these days. There are hundreds and thousands of places to find who has the cheapest auto insurance , like https://www.autoinsurancemonkey.com for example. Switching from company is incredibly easy now and is often even recommended in order to get the optimal service/price. The unethical businesses that used to take pleasure in screwing over the consumer no longer exist. They’ve been phased out due to the competition.

If anything, you have too many options to choose from. If you really wanted to manually compare each and every company you could find, you could easily spend weeks analysing who to choose with.

The question of where to find cheap auto insurance is no longer a huge issue like it once was. Plenty of companies will now charge you a cheap rate to keep you covered for a whole variety of issues. One of my favorite ways to save on insurance is by lowering coverage you don’t need. For that I recommend looking into very cheap car insurance no deposit required. Buying no deposit car insurance lowers your coverage, but is significantly cheaper in the long run. So if you’re a safe drivers its a great way to save money. If you’re a poor driver getting full coverage auto insurance might be a good idea.
